*Kano Expressed Satisfaction With the Conduct Of the National Agric Show.*

The Kano State Deputy Governor and Commissioner for Local government and Chieftaincy affairs, Comrade Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo has expressed delight for the smooth conduct at the 15th 2023 National Agricultural show taking place at Karu in Nassarawa State.

Speaking shortly after conducting round some of the pavilions allocated to local government's from Kano State for a week long events.

The Deputy Governor who was represented by the Director Agricultural Services of the ministry for local government Alh. Ibrahim Lawan, further explained that _*"the Agric Show which is an annual events was aimed at creating avenue for the participating local government's, Agro - allied agencies and other stakeholders to showcase, explore potentials and exchange ideas for the overall improvement of the agricultural services in the state and country at large."*_ 

Comrade Gwarzo also described the theme of the 15th edition of the Agricultural show, " *Towards the realisation of Presidential Declaration of Emergency on food security*" as apt and timely as the nation is in need of paradigm shift to modern agricultural techniques for the production of enough food in Nigeria.

In a statement signed and made available to iggnews magazines through the Chief Information Officer Ministry for Local government Dahiru Lawan Kofar Wambai sighted the Deputy Governor commending the local government's in Kano State for participating in the show, while expressing optimism that no doubt Kano will emerge overall winner, in view of the passion and political will of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf in the Agricultural sector.

On his remarks the chairman forum of heads of agriculture department of the 44 Local governments, also the head of agriculture department of Kano municipal Alh. Sulaiman Isyaku Dakata commended Kano State government for approving and providing all the necessary logistics support to make the show successful, reiterating that they would do the needful to achieve optimum results, he pledged.
